This service is offered as an 'order and pay at table' for our customers only whilst on at Nicholsons. Please check your order carefully. Completing checkout is a commitment to pay for your order. Please contact us immediately if you have made a mistake. Nicholsons Tapas Restaurants Limited trading as Nicholsons.


We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We use DOJO to collect and process transaction information.


We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so within 10 working days. You have the right to cancel an order up until order preparation is started. Depending upon business times this could be as little as a few minutes. Orders cancelled before food and drink preparation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment. Any order cancelled after food and drink preparation has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.


The Company operates a strict over 18’s policy. Nicholsons management reserves the right of service and admission at all times.
